Moorilla Logistics and Sales Administrator

Moorilla are on the lookout for an organised and hard-working person to provide sales and operational administration and logistics for Moorilla and Domaine A. You will be reporting to both the General Manager and Sale Managers in this hands-on role which will have responsibility for stock control and inventory, warehouse coordination, and sales administration support. Day-to-day sales operations including picking, packing, and delivering retail and wholesale orders will also be required.


  • Work closely with the Retail and Wholesale managers as well as the General Manager to:
    • Ensure all stock transfers and movements are performed and recorded in their relevant systems
    • Stocktakes and inventories are arranged, performed, and checked on a regular basis
    • Oversee stock levels and ensure par levels for wines and packaging are maintained
  • Physically perform all truck loading and unloading between sites for any necessary stock as well as administer the warehouse operations in a manner that maximises storage efficiencies and organisation
  • Assist with direct sales operations – administration, picking, packing, and delivering stock for websales and cellar door freight – and ensuring they are done to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Assist the General, Retail, and Wholesales Managers with logistical support
  • Ensure work environments are kept clean, safe, and organised
  • Perform other duties and administrative tasks as required


  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to show initiative and flexibility
  • Stocktaking experience
  • Ability to lift 16-20kg on a regular basis
  • Forklift licence
  • Previous use of H&L and Shopify/web-based sales platforms preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and sound understanding of compliance and OH/S obligations
