$32.36 per hour + penalties

We are seeking experienced Hospitality Staff to join our team for the Winter Feast for Dark Mofo in June 2024.

Gather by fire and feast on a banquet of intoxicating proportions! 

This year's Winter Feast boasts over 75 stallholders, alongside a nightly program of music and roaming performers. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, providing excellent table and take away service throughout the festival. 

Performing this role you will get to work alongside guest chef Vaughan Mabee & Mona's own Executive Chef Vince Trim at Winter Feast to deliver both a restaurant style experience and take away sales.

Are you the perfect fit? Maybe you are, if;

• You're a seasoned Restaurant Waiter (minimum 2 years experience) with a knack for exceptional service.
• You have a burning passion for food and can share that enthusiasm with our guests.
• You thrive under the spotlight, ready to be part of a dynamic team showcasing the featured chef and their offerings.
• You hold a valid RSA certificate.
• You're available to work three key dates (June 13th, 14th & 15th) and can commit to 6 out of 8 shifts spread across the two weekends of the festival (we want you to enjoy the feast too!)
• You’re able to work shifts from 3pm/4pm -11pm.
